What We Have Done

The community were invited to the park to swap, sell or give away their old items.

It was wonderful to welcome all those who came to join us for Christmas crafts, carol singing and the inflatable snow globe!

Students from Florence Melly Primary School came to take part in environmental activities within the park. Bright Park and Groundworksworked in partnership with to deliver a range of activities including

We ran our very first holiday club where children were able to explore the outdoor environment and take part in fun and creative actitivites and challenges.

Families were invited to enjoy an wild animal show where they could interact with snakes and owls. Children were also able to enjoy the bouncy castle and face painting.

Furends hosted and event for dogs and dog owners within the community. The event included competitions, awards and goody bags.
